Is the migration really free?

Yes. The audit, the process inventory, rebuilding your automations, parallel-run validation, and the cutover are all included with any build. We make our money on the build itself and (optionally) ongoing hosting and support — not on a one-time migration fee. The math works because we've rebuilt enough RPA estates to be fast at it.

How long does this actually take?

It depends on estate size, not calendar luck. A handful of high-value processes can be live in 2–4 weeks; a 20–40 bot estate typically cuts over in 8–12 weeks. We rebuild highest-ROI processes first, run them in parallel with your current RPA, and decommission bots once outputs match. The timeline and a fixed quote are locked in writing during the audit.

What happens to our existing UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism bots?

We inventory every process, recover its intent from the workflow definitions, and rebuild it as code you own — usually shorter and far less brittle, because we switch screen-scraping to real APIs wherever one exists. Nothing is left behind to 'migrate later,' and we document parity before retiring any bot.

Won't owned automations be more brittle than enterprise RPA?

Usually the opposite. Most RPA fragility comes from UI selectors that break when an app updates. Where the target system exposes an API or database, we use it — which doesn't break on a redesign. Where only the UI exists, we use Playwright/rpaframework, the same approach the RPA vendors use, but as code you can test and version.

What about ongoing support and changes?

You have three options. Hire any developer and have them work in the codebase (it's yours). Pay us a flat monthly retainer for changes, hosting, and on-call. Or stay on a project basis. Either way, changes are a pull request — not a per-change vendor SOW — and there is no per-bot license, ever.

Is this secure? SOC 2? GDPR?

We deploy on infrastructure that supports SOC 2 (AWS, GCP, Azure), set up role-based access control, move credentials into your own secrets manager, encrypt data at rest and in transit, and keep durable, queryable audit logs of every automation run. The open-source tools we deploy are already used in regulated industries. We work with your security team during the build.
